Exceptional one of a kind 3 bedroom, 2 bath SE corner unit across the street from the Intracoastal with unobstructed views of Mar-A-Lago. Beautiful renovation just completed. Porcelain tile floors, new kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, new baths, hurricane impact doors and windows with custom solar shades, all new electrical and plumbing, and more.

We used a white shaker kitchen cabinet followed with a white quartz counter-top with grey veins. We followed through with the same counter material on the backsplash. We used a large 24×24 white veined marble tile on the floor with grey veins to match the counter top and back splash

The main difference maker was changing the ceilings. We removed soffits to open up the Dining room and Living room. The second thing we did was add a custom velum ceiling in the two rooms. The effect visually is the doubling of the space with the reflection of the ceiling.
